How should I take Neo-pyrazon® (diclofenac sodium)?

This drug should be taken with food or immediately after meals.

How do I store Neo-pyrazon® (diclofenac sodium)?

Neo-pyrazon® is best stored at room temperature away from direct light and moisture. To prevent drug damage, you should not store Neo-pyrazon® in the bathroom or the freezer. There may be different brands of Neo-pyrazon® that may have different storage needs. It is important to always check the product package for instructions on storage, or ask your pharmacist. For safety, you should keep all medicines away from children and pets.

Before using this drug, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any ingredients of Neo-pyrazon®.

During the period of treatment, there may decrease the speed of psychomotor reactions. With worsening blurred vision after application of eye drops, you should not drive and do other potentially danger activities.

Is it safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Diclofenac should not be used by pregnant and nursing mothers for possible side effects on the cardiovascular system of the newborn.

What is the dose of Neo-pyrazon® (diclofenac sodium) for an adult?

For oral use for adult, the single dose is 25-50 mg 2-3 times / 24 h.

The maximum oral daily dose for adults is 150 mg.

What is the dose of Neo-pyrazon® (diclofenac sodium) for a child?

For children older than 6 years and adolescents, the daily dose is 2 mg / kg.

What should I do in case of an emergency or overdose?
